In the Bachelor of Design students’ final year of their degree, they work on a capstone project. In the Fall semester (DESN410), students work on the Discovery and Define phases, where they conduct various research methods to best understand their problem and the audience/users. In the Winter semester (DESN415), students work on the Develop and Deliver phases, exploring a range of possible solutions, testing these solutions, and then creating a refined final outcome.
