Government of Alberta: Helper Content in Justice Digital

User Experience
User Interface
The Surrogate Digital Service is a digital form created by Justice Digital that allows lawyers and legal assistants to apply for a grant of probate. This project focuses on the implementation of 'helper content' service patterns to help users complete this form. This new service pattern is shown within the redesign of the form on the Surrogate Digital Service, but the service pattern and it's new components can be used across the GoA.
The redesign takes the complex nature of the form and provides context, helpful tips and reminders to the user for ease of use and to help them avoid rejection.
Here is a before and after of a section of one of the screens within the Surrogate Digital service.
