Hello, my name is Breanna Kugler, I have always loved art and painting and found that graphic design was a good middle ground. I take pride in what I have accomplished through my four years in the design program. Over the past four years at MacEwan, I found what I want to do for a living, which is reflected in my portfolio. My portfolio is a collection of branding and publications. I am really excited to step into the real world and experience what it is like to work with professional designers.

Projects

Alice’s Abenteuer im Wunderland (Book Design)

The main objective of this project was to pick a public domain book on the Project Gutenberg website and do a complete redesign of the book from the cover, to the full dusk jacket to the interior of the book. All elements of the cover had to work well together and they all had to have a reason for being on the cover.

Merlot & Mischief Brand & Advertising Campaign

This project consisted of having to create a full brand and a campaign to go along with it to promote the product. When creating the Merlot & Mischief brand, there were a lot of considerations that had to be taken into account from what the logo was going to look like to how the campaign would reflect the brand identity. The campaign consisted of three posters that would be on display in various locations.

The Rustic Bee Brand Redesign (Branding)

The main objective of this project was to create a new visual brand identity for a company whose brand was lacking a little bit and did not have much coordination within their brand and packaging designs.

GoodWell Logo (GoodWill Program Logo Idea)(Branding)

For this project, my Corporate ID and Branding Class teamed up with GoodWill to create a logo for their employee wellness program. With this project, I had to explore different logo possibilities that fit both within the standards of the GoodWill logo and something that would represent the wellness program

*please note that this is not the logo for the wellness program, just an idea that was submitted to GoodWill*
