It guides users through short, easy-to-digest activities to provide assistance in better understanding themselves and their emotional processes. The workbook has 4 sections that focus on different aspects of emotional literacy. Each section includes various types of activities with ranging levels of complexity and emotional depth. This workbook offers many levels of self-insight, equipping users with tools to suit their unique needs.

Each activity in the book begins with a brief description, an estimation of the time it’ll take to complete, and an indication of the activity's emotional depth. These elements help the user know what to expect prior to beginning an activity.

Some of the activities in ‘Reshaping’ have multiple components. These activities are more complex and take slightly longer to complete. This image shows one of those activities from Section 2.
Each section of the workbook concludes with a few journaling pages for the user to reflect in any way they may like during or after that respective section. This is a journaling page spread from Section 4.
This image provides a small glimpse of different pieces of the process work for 'Reshaping.' Including a colour-blind check of the colour palette to ensure that users with varying colour vision deficiencies could still distinguish the book's sections by colour. It also shows early ideation and layout sketches, along with a few early concepts for the project's name.
