Projects

Arete Nail Care Branding

The Arete Nail Care Branding Project’s goal involved revolutionizing the nail care industry by creating a brand that provides a quick, safe, and healthy alternative to traditional acrylic treatments. The design process focused on embodying the brand's commitment to style and health. This resulted in a cohesive and transformative visual identity that resonates with style-conscious and health-conscious consumers, reshaping the landscape of nail care.

Body Movement

This project delved into the exploration of the human silhouette, embracing the distinctive forms and shapes crafted by the human body. Through a creative process, I engaged with the interplay of shadows and contours to capture the essence of these unique forms. Utilizing various photography techniques, I translated these explorations into visually compelling images that celebrate the beauty and diversity inherent in the human silhouette.

Half of a Yellow Sun - Book Redesign

This book design encapsulates the touching tale of twin sisters navigating family, love, and betrayal in Nigeria's 1967 civil war era, post-independence. The front cover features a prominent Nigerian fabric motif juxtaposed with denim, symbolizing the enduring influence of the 'white' man. This design harmonizes cultural elements and historical context, providing a visual narrative for a compelling story set against a backdrop of independence and the complexities of societal change.

In Praise of Shadows - The Exhibition (Team Project)

As one of the exhibition strategists and brand collateral designers, the role encompassed leading a collaborative team project. Our team chose an exhibition/subject matter for reimagination, revamping all facets with meticulous attention to space, content, and audience engagement. The project included comprehensive exhibition design elements with specifications and installation guidance. This role required orchestrating a seamless fusion of creativity and functionality, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for participants and viewers.
