I was born and raised in Sherwood Park, AB. I gain inspiration from my Norwegian family members with their creative and artistic backgrounds and have shaped me into who I am today. I love minimalism and clean design, which ties back to my cultural background, and I aim my designs to build stories and connections with people. Over the pandemic, I pursued many personal projects such as tie-dye clothes and painting.

Identity System: Chemical & Food Engineering Symposium

The overall look and feel of the brand identity “Chemical and Food Engineering Symposium” has a modern minimalistic approach relating to both food and chemistry. The identity includes a wordmark, poster, conference passes, and website landing page layout.

Website Redesign

Redesigning the Mappins website focuses on updating the overall design to feel modern and consistent, adding content and engagement with clear hierarchies, creating the option to purchase items, and updating the nav menu items to better reflect each section.

Product Branding & Advertising

This shoe brand identifies that these shoes can be worn every day whether it’s for something active or relaxing, such as doing sports/going for a walk, lounging around at home. The logo and packaging will be designed in a more delicate and minimal way, using muted colors while overall making a trendy brand that is attractive to the audience.

Heartstrings Identity Rebrand

We worked with Heartstrings Jewelry to envision a potential brand for the future of the company. The total rebrand includes the redesign of their logo, website, and packaging. We identified issues with the company’s branding relating to clarity and cohesiveness regarding their eco-conscious mission and market. By strengthening the branding of Heartstrings Jewelry, consumers will better understand the brand’s products and eco-mission. With our final outcomes, the company’s mission statement is better recognized by finding a balance within three different niche markets of Heartstrings Jewelry.
