I am a graphic designer, originally from Saskatchewan, with passions for work in photography, publication, and branding. My inspirations come from everyday objects, like an IKEA couch cushion or bus advertisemeLint. Outside of design, I enjoy changing up my environment by going camping or on roadtrips.
As a person, I find joy in highly effective and aesthetically pleasing design work. I aspire to contribute to effective and beautiful design work in the world through continually improving my skills. I have a well-rounded knowledge in a variety of topics, making me passionate about continual learning and self-improvement. Over the pandemic, I binge watched A LOT of reality tv.

Lifestyle Photography - The North Face

The goal of this project was to create imagery that directs the viewer's attention to one subject, by either selling a lifestyle/product, or telling a specific story.

This series of photos utilizes man and his best friend out in the mountains to tell a story. Each photo displays the relationship between the subjects, and their connection to their environment. The North Face logo can be seen subtly in each photo on the back of the backpack, so as not to overwhelm the user, but still display the brand’s presence.

Lush Product Catalogue

The Spring 2020 Product Catalogue utilizes complex amounts of information to display the large variety of products offered by Lush. Products are organized by type, and include a brief description of the product, the ingredients, the price, and any other special conditions about the product.

Experimental Typography - The Boarded Window Layout

The Boarded Window (1891) follows the story of Murlock, and his wife. The main themes of this short story, isolation and loneliness, are represented through the pulling out of all pronouns or phrases referencing Murlock (i.e. he, him, his, Murlock, the man, etc.).

The purpose of this rebrand was to combine the professional needs of the organization, with the energetic characteristics of The Works Art & Design Festival. This allowed for the implementation of a more vibrant and minimal design.
