About
Hi, I’m Morgan! Throughout the BDes program, I primarily focused on VCD, advertising, branding, and photography, while also exploring motion graphics and UX/UI. Through these experiences, I have developed skills in various design programs, including many Adobe products.
My portfolio showcases a wide range of interests and my excitement for continually exploring new ideas and expanding my knowledge. I enjoy using my skills to translate ideas and messages into meaningful visual representations that convey information.
As I approach graduation, I look forward to new opportunities to apply my skills, collaborate with others, and continue growing as a designer.

Projects
Location Portrait
"
The photos were taken for a location photoshoot project that captured the life of an artist in the studio, mesmerized by their work and artistry. Using a variety of art props and lighting to create a moody aesthetic resulted in a magazine cover and many engaging photographs."

Dealers Deal
Dealers Deal was created based on the book Bad Cree by Jessica Johns, a story about a Cree woman who struggles to cope with the loss of a family member. Cards were a significant part of the story and brought the characters together; therefore, I used visual elements from the book and essential colours to convey the main themes through the card designs.
Art Buffet
The branding and advertising were created for MacEwan’s Mitchell Art Gallery drop-in activities, which are hosted to help individuals step away from the stresses in their lives and connect with others. I wanted to encapsulate the creativity of these events by using vibrant colours, abstract letters and designs to develop the branding, advertising, and visual identity.
PSA Campaign
The Ronald McDonald House Campaign highlights the importance of maintaining routines and play, allowing children to escape their health challenges, as play has been proven to support recovery. The campaign uses kids’ toys to represent medical elements, aligning with the guerrilla marketing campaign to hand out toy ‘first aid’ kits to children in the hospital.
