Connected Narrative: Transmedia Storytelling for Independent Creators (MERCY)

Independent Project

MERCY is an original entertainment narrative presented in a three-part Transmedia form. The story follows the crew of the space freighter MERCY as they travel from Earth to the developing human colony on Venus.

The final outcomes include a prologue comic, the main short story, and an epilogue animation. Additional developmental materials have also been included to show the process of development.

This mockup is of MERCY's short story booklet. Formatted as a mass-market paperback, this booklet contains the full thirty-page short story, which chronicles the journey of the MERCY's crew as they travel from Earth to Venus.
