Max Abriotti is a multidisciplinary designer based in Amiskwaciwaskahikan, colonially known as Edmonton. Developing skills in photography, illustration, typography and print design, she works with themes grounded in sex and sexuality, gender expression, culture, fashion and food. Working with the drag and burlesque community of Edmonton over the period of half a decade, she has developed a portfolio documenting the personalities and art of the queer scene, as well as created promotional materials for events and shows. In 2024, they developed the identity for Safekeeping, the first BFA - Studio Arts graduate show.

A redesign of the book jacket and interior of Agustina Bazterrica's dystopian novel 'Tender is the Flesh' for Typography I with Peter Haughland.

Absinthe
