I've always had a passion to express myself through drawing, painting, and crafting which has led me to my career choice in graphic design. My inspirations include nature, animals, and the people around me. I’d love to focus on a career that allows me to utilize my illustration skills to creatively solve problems. The diversity of design has always been a huge appeal to me. No matter how many different designs I create, there are still endless amounts of pathways to be explored. Over the pandemic, I started drawing digital dog portraits on the side.

Jarom Vogel’s The Wave

For this illustration project I chose to replicate a historical painting of “The Wave” by William-Adolphe Bouguerea
in the modern style of Jarom Vogel. This challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and try new digital techniques.

Bucketfeet Illustrative Branding

I chose to create fun and unique shaped characters to reflect Bucketfeets mission in creating a brighter world through artist designed footwear. The characters represent the diversity of artists from around the globe as well as the process that goes into making the shoe.

Winter Blues

This portrait was captured outdoors and edited to enhance the coldness of winter. Lightroom edits include skin retouching, temperature adjustments, and hair flyways.

The Happy Prince and Other Tales

For this book design, I created illustrations that modernize the style of the Victorian era for this 18th century children’s book. Since the subject matter of the short stories was mature I decided to create a design intended for an older audience. A total of 10 illustrations were made with 2 for each story.
